Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your AgenciesForge account and all associated data at any time.

Delete it yourself (fastest)

1. Sign in at agenciesforge.com (or the mobile app).
2. Go to Settings → Security.
3. Under Danger zone, choose Delete account.
4. Type the confirmation phrase and confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Request deletion instead

Prefer we handle it? Email privacy@agenciesforge.com from your account email. We verify your identity and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting an agency account removes the agency and all of its data — patient records, clinical notes, claims, appointments, team members, uploaded files, and settings — and cancels any active subscription. A team member who removes their own access has that access revoked; the agency's records are unaffected.

What we retain (and why)

As a HIPAA-covered service, we retain a redacted audit log of account activity for the legally required period (6 years). This record does not contain patient health information and is not used for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.
