Run your private practice on the same AI stack our agencies use. $99/mo. Everything bundled.
You went into private practice to do therapy, not to chart, code, bill, chase denials, write peer-to-peer letters, schedule, send forms, dictate notes after dinner, and stitch together six SaaS tools to do it. We built AgenciesForge Solo for therapists who are tired of being their own back office. The AI does the back office. You see patients.
No setup fee. Cancel any time. HIPAA + BAA + SOC 2 in flight.
What you stop doing
- Stop charting after hours. Describe the session out loud; the ambient AI scribe returns a SOAP draft, a claim hint (CPT + ICD-10), homework for the patient portal, a safety plan if SI surfaced, and a goal-progress note. You edit and sign in 2 minutes.
- Stop hand-typing prior auths, peer-to-peer letters, letters of medical necessity, and discharge summaries. Three new AI letter modes draft them on demand. You edit and send.
- Stop wondering who needs attention this week. Ask "who's at risk?" — the AI returns a ranked roster: severe PHQ-9, worsening trend, stale safety plan, overdue ISP, treatment plateau. With a recommended next-action per patient.
- Stop guessing your finances. Ask "how much will I make this month?" — the AI returns MTD billed/collected/outstanding, end-of-month projection, top 5 payers with collection rate, claim pipeline counts.
- Stop paying 6 vendors. Charting, AI scribe, clearinghouse, telehealth, fax, eRx, outcomes — bundled.

The time math
The CMS clinician burnout survey (2024) puts the average solo therapist at 10-14 hours per week of after-hours documentation, billing, and admin. At an avg clinical session rate of $150/hr, that's $1,500-$2,100 of unbillable time per week. The math doesn't go away if you ignore it — it just gets paid in evenings and weekends instead of dollars.
What the AI reclaims, conservatively, in a 30-patient practice:
| Task | Without AI | With AgenciesForge | Hours / wk saved |
|---|---|---|---|
| SOAP notes (30 sessions × 12 min) | 6 hr | 1.5 hr (edit + sign drafts) | 4.5 |
| Claim submission + chasing denials | 3 hr | 0.5 hr (pre-audited + auto-appeals) | 2.5 |
| Prior auth + peer-to-peer letters | 2 hr (avg 2-3 / week) | 0.3 hr (AI draft, you edit) | 1.7 |
| Scheduling + reminders + portal forms | 1.5 hr | 0.2 hr (auto-sent) | 1.3 |
| Triage: who needs attention this week | 1 hr (review every chart) | 0 (AI surfaces ranked roster) | 1.0 |
| Weekly total reclaimed | 11 hours / wk | ||
| At $150/session | $1,650 / wk reclaimed |
You could fill that 11 hours with more patients, or with not working. Either way the platform pays for itself in roughly the first hour of the first week.
How a typical day looks
8:00 AM — "Good morning, brief me on today." AI Forge tells you which 6 patients are on the schedule, who has acute risk signals, who's late on outcome forms, what the agenda is for each session.
9:00 AM — "Brief me on Pat before this session." 30-second summary: dx, last 3 PHQ-9 scores, active goals, what you worked on last time, any safety flags. You walk in prepared.
9:50 AM — Session ends. You dictate one paragraph describing what happened. AI returns: SOAP draft, claim hint (90837 + F33.1), homework worksheet to send to the portal, updated goal progress. You edit, sign, done.
12:00 PM — "Draft a peer-to-peer for Cigna's denial on Pat's IOP referral." AI returns a 4-paragraph letter with clinical justification. You edit, fax via the platform.
4:00 PM — "Who needs attention this week?" Ranked roster with drivers. You decide who gets an outreach call.
5:30 PM — "End of day. Wrap me up." AI reports: 6 notes signed, 0 unsigned drafts; 4 claims submitted, 1 ERA posted ($142); 2 patients overdue for PHQ-9; 1 peer-to-peer pending; tomorrow's first appointment at 9:00.
5:35 PM — You go home. Documentation is done.
FAQ
Is this really one price with no add-ons?
Yes. $99/mo includes the EHR, ambient AI scribe, all 23 AI tools, Stedi clearinghouse for claims, telehealth video sessions, AI-routed fax, patient portal + outcome forms, and 500 voice dictation minutes. No per-seat fees because you are the seat. The only metered overage is voice minutes past 500 ($0.10/min) — nobody hits that in a 30-patient solo practice.
Telehealth is really included? Like, video sessions?
Yes. Self-hosted LiveKit on Google Cloud under our existing GCP BAA. Unlimited sessions. You don't sign a separate BAA, you don't pay a separate $35/mo for Doxy or Zoom Health, and the session can write its own SOAP note via the ambient scribe when you turn it on.
How is the AI different from SimplePractice's AI scribe?
Three differences. (1) Ambient — you describe the encounter once and get a SOAP draft, claim hint, outcome score, homework, safety plan if SI surfaces — not just a transcript. (2) Concierge — morning briefing of your day, session-prep brief before each patient, EOD wrap-up of what's documented and what's not, predictive at-risk roster, personal financial snapshot. Voice or text. (3) Learns from your data — the AI gets smarter at YOUR notes, YOUR billing, YOUR denials over time. None of the static-AI vendors do this.
Can it really bill insurance for me?
Yes. Stedi clearinghouse is built in. You verify eligibility, submit 837P claims, receive 277CA + 835 ERA — all in-platform. The AI runs a 15-point pre-submit audit before every claim, drafts appeals on denial (autonomously on routine denials, with you reviewing high-risk ones), and learns each payer's quirks over time.
Do I have to switch from SimplePractice / TherapyNotes?
We import patient roster from a SimplePractice CSV export. Claim history doesn't import (no standard format) — you finish the trailing claims in your old system and start fresh with us. Most solos cutover in a weekend.
What about credentialing, licenses, CEUs?
We track your license expiration with a 90-day warning. We track your CEU credits against your state board's requirements. The AI Forge agent can also fill out prior auth, peer-to-peer denial appeals, letters of medical necessity, and discharge summaries on demand — the routine paperwork you'd otherwise hand-write or skip.
Is my data HIPAA-protected? Who else can see it?
Single BAA covers AgenciesForge + every subprocessor (AWS Bedrock for AI, Firebase for storage, Stedi for claims, GCP for telehealth, iFax for fax, GCP Translation for multilingual reminders). PHI encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. No data is shared with other practices.
What if I outgrow 30 patients?
Upgrade to EHR Professional ($499/mo, 200 patients) or Enterprise ($1,099/mo, 500 patients). Same platform, same workflows, just bigger caps + team management surfaces. No migration; we flip a flag.
Get started
Solo Starter is for individually licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LISW, LICSW, LPCC, PsyD, PhD, MD/DO, NP, PMHNP, etc.). Group practices + agencies start on EHR Starter ($199) or higher — same platform, bigger caps + team management.
