Export your patient list
Pull a CSV from TherapyNotes / SimplePractice / AdvancedMD. Every major EHR supports patient-list export.

Drop it into Patients → Import
Common column names auto-detected (name / DOB / email / insurance / member ID). Duplicate detection runs on email + DOB so reimports don't create twins.

Coverage info populates each chart in ~5 seconds. Your billing is live the same day — no waiting on clearinghouse enrollments (Stedi already has them on file).
Note historic data (sessions / claims from your old EHR): stays archived in your old system for HIPAA retention. AgenciesForge handles everything from your migration date forward. Common questions
How is this priced so much lower than competitors?
Three structural reasons: (1) we run on Google Cloud Run with autoscaling — costs flex with your usage instead of being a fixed per-seat amortization; (2) Stedi is bundled at the platform-wide commitment tier, not per-agency, so we get volume pricing competitors don't access; (3) we charge for capacity (patient count), not seats. Adding clinicians costs us roughly nothing — so we don't bill you for it.
Is it really HIPAA compliant?
Yes — full upstream BAA chain. AWS BAA covers Bedrock (AI). Google Cloud BAA covers Firestore, Cloud Run, GCP Speech-to-Text, GCP Translation. Stedi BAA covers the clearinghouse. iFax BAA covers fax. Resend BAA covers email. Counsel-approved customer BAA is signed in-account before first patient. PHI is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and field-level encryption on top of Firestore's envelope encryption.
What about my existing claims that are still in flight?
Claims you already submitted via your old clearinghouse continue to flow through that path until they pay or deny. AgenciesForge handles claims from your migration date forward. Most agencies finish out the prior month's claims on the old system and start new month claims on AgenciesForge — clean cutover, no double-billing.
What if I have DD/IDD waiver clients or HHC patients?
That's our wheelhouse — most generic BH EHRs don't handle waiver workflows (MUI, PCP, DSP credentialing, EVV) or HHC requirements (OASIS-E, PDGM, 485, NOA, LUPA) well. Can I keep using my current EHR while I evaluate?

What's the catch on "unlimited clinicians"?
None on clinicians. The tiering is on active patient count— Starter (50) / Professional (200) / Enterprise (500). Most agencies hit the patient cap long before they need to upgrade for compliance/team features. Capacity-tiered pricing is the right model for agencies; per-seat is a SaaS-vendor cost-amortization model that doesn't match how agencies actually scale.
